Toolivaro launches its platform foundation: static-first architecture on Cloudflare, the typed tool registry, design system, search, privacy-first tool shell, and the first reference calculator.
All 25 launch tools ship: 8 business calculators, 5 home estimators, 5 developer tools (JSON, CSV, Base64), 4 time and date tools with IANA/DST handling, and 3 privacy-first image tools processed in a Web Worker. Every tool carries unique content, tests, and an advertising eligibility decision.
Ad slots harden into named, gated placements with placeholder mode for layout testing; ads.txt, slot-ceiling, and no-live-ads checks fail CI on violations; CSP is verified end-to-end (no inline scripts, no upgrade-insecure-requests, ad domains gated). 123 Playwright tests pass across desktop and mobile, including axe-core scans with zero serious/critical violations, keyboard-only flows, and Web Worker image processing. Visual regression screenshots and operational runbooks added.
Business cases for all 25 tools with the evidence gate recorded (demand evidence to verify post-launch at the 30/60/90-day review), Phase-2 roadmap with keep/improve/merge/remove criteria, and the full BAU calendar with KPI thresholds.
Five AI-developer tools join the developer category: token counter with dated model pricing, regex tester on the platform engine, text diff checker (LCS), Unix timestamp converter, and RFC 4122 v4 UUID generator — all fully local. AdSense is wired with the publisher ID, four named placements, and a real ads.txt; 30 tools total.
Four developer tools ship in the Tier-B batch: URL encoder/decoder (engine-faithful percent-encoding), hex↔RGB color converter with 3/6-digit shorthand, exact-BigInt number-base converter, and the decimal-convention (SI) data-size converter — each fully local, golden-vector tested, translated into five locales, and backed by a recorded business case. 40 tools total.
The Tier-B developer batch continues with four more fully-local tools: password generator (CSPRNG rejection sampling, class guarantees, honest bit entropy), hash generator (WebCrypto SHA-1/256/384/512 with SHA-1 labelled deprecated), JWT decoder with optional HS256/384/512 signature verification, and a five-field cron builder with validated syntax, plain-language description, and next-run times honoring the dom/dow OR rule. The calculator card gains checkbox and password inputs, and the controller learns async compute with stale-result guarding. 44 tools total.
COMPETITIVE-PLAN.md Tier 1.3 ships: a new /collections/ page type curates tools from many categories into seven long-tail themes (restaurant business, home renovation, startup and freelance finance, developer text and JSON, password and security, time and scheduling, format and conversion), each fully translated into five locales with hreflang alternates and sitemap entries. Tool pages link to their collections, the home page gains a collections section, and every collection card carries the favorites toggle.
