Launch catalog complete — 25 tools
All 25 launch tools ship: 8 business calculators, 5 home estimators, 5 developer tools (JSON, CSV, Base64), 4 time and date tools with IANA/DST handling, and 3 privacy-first image tools processed in a Web Worker. Every tool carries unique content, tests, and an advertising eligibility decision.
Monetization hardening and launch verification
Ad slots harden into named, gated placements with placeholder mode for layout testing; ads.txt, slot-ceiling, and no-live-ads checks fail CI on violations; CSP is verified end-to-end (no inline scripts, no upgrade-insecure-requests, ad domains gated). 123 Playwright tests pass across desktop and mobile, including axe-core scans with zero serious/critical violations, keyboard-only flows, and Web Worker image processing. Visual regression screenshots and operational runbooks added.
Evidence-based growth framework
Business cases for all 25 tools with the evidence gate recorded (demand evidence to verify post-launch at the 30/60/90-day review), Phase-2 roadmap with keep/improve/merge/remove criteria, and the full BAU calendar with KPI thresholds.
AI developer tools and AdSense enablement
Five AI-developer tools join the developer category: token counter with dated model pricing, regex tester on the platform engine, text diff checker (LCS), Unix timestamp converter, and RFC 4122 v4 UUID generator — all fully local. AdSense is wired with the publisher ID, four named placements, and a real ads.txt; 30 tools total.
