Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-04.
Toolivaro is designed around a simple principle: we collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what data exists, what stays on your device, and what third-party services may touch when you enable optional features.
What we do not collect
- Calculator inputs, pasted text, or result values — these never leave your browser.
- Uploaded file names or file contents, including images — image tools process files entirely on your device.
- JWTs, tokens, or other pasted secrets — developer tools run locally and never transmit what you paste.
- Accounts, logins, or profiles — we have none.
What stays on your device
Your theme preference and recently used tools are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never transmitted to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
What we may process
When you submit feedback through our contact form, we receive the message you choose to send (and an email address only if you choose to provide one). Feedback is processed with abuse protections (honeypot fields and rate limits) and is used solely to answer and improve. We never combine feedback with tool inputs.
Third-party services
Toolivaro currently runs no advertising and no analytics. If we enable either, it will be with explicit, regionally compliant consent management:
- Advertising. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technology, subject to your consent where required (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and applicable US states). Advertising loads only through centralized, consent-aware code and only when the publisher configuration is complete.
- Analytics. If enabled, we may use aggregate, coarse analytics (page views, tool success/failure, copy actions) through a provider-agnostic adapter. Raw inputs and results are never sent to analytics.
- Consent management. Where law requires it, a certified consent management platform (CMP) may be loaded to manage choices. We do not operate a homemade CMP and do not claim regulatory compliance for one.
Before any of these are enabled, this policy will be updated, and the consent flow will be reviewed with qualified legal counsel.
Your choices
- Consent. Where a CMP is active, you can grant, deny, or withdraw consent, and reopen your privacy choices at any time.
- Browser data. Your local preferences can be cleared via your browser's site-data controls.
- Contact. For privacy questions, contact hello@toolivaro.com.
Data retention and security
We retain no tool data. Feedback messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and are handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) under standard processing terms. All pages are served over HTTPS with restrictive security headers.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced on this page and in the changelog with an updated effective date.
