Editorial Policy

Toolivaro publishes tools and explanatory content. This policy describes the standards both must meet, and how the two are kept separate.

Utility first

A page is published only when it contains a fully working, tested utility; unique instructions and explanatory content; at least one worked example; a stated method or formula; assumptions and limitations; and related-tool links where relevant. Pages are not created merely to increase page count, and we do not publish keyword-substitution variations, city pages, or near-identical templates.

Accuracy and review

Every tool's calculations are covered by automated tests, including golden vectors and boundary cases. Content is reviewed on a schedule, and every page carries a reviewed date and version number. When a correction is reported, it is triaged, verified, applied, and the reviewed date and version are updated.

Sources and attribution

External sources are attributed on the page where they are used and in the sources registry, with owner, URL, version when known, and last-checked date. We do not present opinions as facts, and we do not use sources to support claims we cannot verify.

Advertising and editorial separation

Advertising never affects tool behavior, results, content, or ranking within a page. Ads are rendered only through named slots at defined positions with hard ceilings per page type. They never appear inside a tool or result area, between an input and its action button, or next to upload, download, copy, or navigation controls. Advertising runs only when all eligibility gates pass — see the privacy policy for consent details. We do not use dark patterns, fake urgency, or clickbait, and we never ask users to click ads to support the site.

Sponsored content and affiliates

Toolivaro does not currently accept sponsored content or affiliate placements. If that changes, this policy will be updated and every affected page will disclose the relationship clearly.

Feedback and corrections

Corrections are accepted through the contact page. We respond to and review every correction; a correction log is maintained internally and summarized in the changelog.

Unpublished claims

We never promise or imply guaranteed traffic, rankings, advertising approval, or revenue. Toolivaro's goal is usefulness, accuracy, and privacy; outcomes in search engines and advertising programs are outside our control.
